Release 3.2 Model Update: 75% less planning effort thanks to automated damage classification.



With the latest update of our AI-powered digital twin, we’re significantly reducing the planning workload for service advisors in the bodyshop — by up to 75%.



This is made possible through machine learning: damage is automatically detected, categorized, and classified — based on historical data. Using this information, appointment scheduling can be triggered earlier — faster, more structured, and with fewer follow-up questions.
